The diagram below is a guide as to blade sizes to be used. This is assuming you are using a #10 blade on the body. Always shave against the grain, except on the edges where you are changing blade sizes turn the smaller blade with the grain to "feather" the edges and blend between the different heights. Don't get frustrated, it takes lots of practice!!
